Hi Maam, Thank you so much for today's healing. While working I used to feel my mental faculty was shutting down or freezing and my throat felt like it was locked and had lot of blocks, i had started to feel suffocated but also wasnt able to express myself. During the healing once heart chakra was activated, and throat started releasing pain and trauma, i could see visuals of an incident and the person was represented by a dark energy, when i spoke to you, i realized it was stuck in my throat. todays healing helped me release blockages from heart, throat, third eye chakra and crown very beautifully. In the first session I truly had a lot of issues but generally it was just be being in a really dark place surrounded by lots of dark energies and I was freed from it all by you. Second time, I don't remember but it was probably about my exams and how I was going to fail and that how I wouldn't be able to be like others, being able to do what I wanted to. But you helped me believe and see that I'll overcome these issues and I did without any medications. It was patience, hope, guidance and anything and everything else that I'm not aware of but played a role in helping me through you. It's the belief that helped me grow, belief and trust. I didn't think I was ready to join the group healings and gratitude because I didn't really think I was good enough and a lot of doubts persisted but thankgod I did. Gratitude is one of those things that help you see things behind the veil of negativity created by this environment we live in. We can choose to be grateful about so many things in life that we have access to that other might not. Paying gratitude isn't just a mindset, it's so much more than that because not only you start seeing so many things to be happy about, to be grateful for but also you learn to look at the positivity in every other aspect of your life as well. You look for more solutions than problems. It is like how someone skis through a forest. You focus on trees you are bound to hit one, but if you focus on the path, you are bound to be successful. There will be sharp curves and obstacles but that's where you learn to continue to focus on the path, the path you need to find to continue without getting hit, you do that and trust me you will be unstoppable. So start paying gratitude to the one looking after us, to the creator to the universe. It doesn't have to be a long list of things that you need to think hard about, rather it can be as simple as being grateful for having food, having a place to sleep in, to have water, because in this modern lifestyle we take a lot of things for granted.
